Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional fees for reshipment.

Order Protection & Issue Resolution

All orders include protection.

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives incorrectly, please contact us and we will review the issue.

For damaged or incorrect items:

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo evidence of the item and packaging is required

Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Returns & 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible items.

To qualify:

  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is due to our error.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Used or damaged returns may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly.

  • Requests for changes must be made before the order has shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be modified

We do not guarantee order cancellations once an order has been placed.
