When will I get tracking?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take a short time to show movement after the carrier receives the package.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?

Carrier scans can pause during transit. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us with your order number and we'll help check it.

Can I return my order?

Eligible unused items may be returned within the return window. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help make it right.
